A classic French Province design to a knock and new luxury house in St Ives, NSW. Complying to the design methodology, long and narrow windows, fine architraves moulding, artistic fittings constituted the building as if it back to Fence. Grey colour wall rendering with white architraves, dark grey roof give people a low profile impression, while fine details and European garden provide an extraordinary temperament.

A class 3 boarding house located in Collaroy, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Breaking through the SEPP and LEP, had 10 bedrooms accommodation approved. Modern architectural design with local bricks, colour bond materials, design with AS1428.1—2009 disability standard, and potential possibility to achieve with NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation standard.
